How far in advance should I book an experience?
It depends on the experience, but we recommend booking at least two weeks before your desired date. Please contact us early during peak seasons.
What languages do you support?
In addition to Japanese and English, depending on the experience we also support Chinese, French, Spanish, and other languages.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free of charge up to 7 days before the experience, 50% up to 3 days before, and 100% thereafter. We will share full details at the time of booking.
Can groups or large parties join?
Yes. We offer dedicated plans for groups of 15 or more. Please reach out through the contact form.
