Launched businesses in the inbound and tourism field from his student years, building a business with annual revenue of JPY 100M+. Centered on the inbound tourism market, he has expanded into tour operations, SNS marketing, and cultural experiences, and built an SNS media presence around Japanese culture and tourism reaching 85,000+ followers.
He has also been involved in opening a Japanese restaurant in Kenya, East Africa, engaging in Japanese cultural ventures in overseas markets.
Founded GOEN JAPAN, Inc. in 2024. He currently leads two companies in the inbound space, expanding business in Japan and abroad around Japanese culture, tourism, and brand ventures.
From his student years he traveled abroad, working in Japanese restaurant operations in Canada and Australia. In multinational environments he learned inbound business and hospitality.
He then took part in opening a Japanese restaurant in Kenya, East Africa, putting the potential of Japanese culture into practice in overseas markets.
Joined the founding of GOEN JAPAN in 2024. He now serves as head of the Osaka branch and, in addition to the inbound business, oversees SNS marketing support for 20+ clients.
Graduate of Rikkyo University, Faculty of Economics.
During his studies, as part of reporting for his own media business, he traveled through 25 countries over roughly one year, immersing in diverse cultures and values. That experience renewed his recognition of Japanese cultural value and accelerated his work in the inbound field.
Joined the founding of GOEN JAPAN in 2024. As CFO he oversees the planning and operation of inbound tourism, guide organization, SNS marketing, and operations management.
Graduate of Hosei University, Faculty of Global and Interdisciplinary Studies.
From his student years he took part in market-entry support for Indian and Singaporean companies entering Japan. Focused on SDGs-related fields, he engaged in business matching and onboarding, driving projects on both the overseas and Japanese sides.
Joined the founding of GOEN JAPAN in 2024. As CCO he leads guide development, quality management, experience design, and operations construction — directing the elevation of guest experience value and the organizational running of the inbound tourism business.
Rooted in her multicultural background, she launched a Japanese-language school for elementary and middle school students with overseas roots, planning and running it together with local public school teachers. Through educational support she deepened her understanding of multicultural coexistence and intercultural communication.
She then joined a human-resources company, building hands-on experience in talent development, interpersonal communication, and organizational operations.
She is now in charge of guide development and organization building for the inbound tour business at GOEN JAPAN Osaka. Through guide recruiting, training, and operations she drives service quality and the growth of the inbound business.
